Classic English draughts with a neon glow: forced captures, multi-jumps and crowning, three AI levels, pass-and-play and a seeded daily challenge — zero ads, zero sign-up.

How to play

  1. Tap a cyan piece, then a glowing target square. Diagonal moves only, on the dark squares.
  2. Captures are forced: if a jump exists you must take it, and multi-jumps must be completed.
  3. Reach the far row to crown a king — kings move and jump diagonally in all four directions.
  4. Win by capturing every opponent piece or leaving it with no legal move. Offer a draw or resign any time.

Frequently asked questions

Is this checkers or draughts?

Both names for the same game — this is English draughts (American checkers): an 8x8 board, forced captures, men that move forward and kings that move both ways.

Can I play checkers vs computer here?

Yes — pick Easy, Medium or Hard. Easy is casual and beatable; Hard searches several moves ahead and punishes mistakes. Every AI move is computed in under a second, entirely in your browser.

Can two people play on one device?

Yes — 2P mode is pass-and-play on the same screen, no account needed. There is also a Daily challenge: one seeded difficulty and opening per calendar day, identical for everyone.

Are the rules enforced?

Fully: forced captures, compulsory multi-jumps, crowning that ends the move, and losses by blockade or elimination are all implemented in the rule engine and verified by an automated test suite.
