How to play

  1. Guess the hidden 5-letter word in 6 tries — type on your keyboard or tap the on-screen keys.
  2. Every guess colors the tiles: green = right letter, right spot; yellow = right letter, wrong spot; gray = not in the word. Duplicate letters follow the official counting rules.
  3. The on-screen keyboard remembers what you've learned, so every guess narrows the field.
  4. Switch on Hard mode to force yourself to reuse revealed hints, and build your 🔥 streak — one skipped day a month is auto-covered.

Is this Wordle unlimited and free?

Yes — the daily word is free like the classic, and once you've solved it you can keep playing unlimited practice words for as long as you like. No account, no download, and no ads ever.

How do the green and yellow hints work?

Green means the letter is in the word in that spot, yellow means it is in the word elsewhere, gray means it is not in the word. Repeated letters follow the official counting rules, so only as many copies light up as the answer actually contains.

What is Hard mode?

An optional switch that enforces the classic challenge rule: every hint you have revealed (green positions and yellow letters) must be reused in later guesses. Turn it on when daily words start feeling too easy.

Does the daily word change?

Yes — one new 5-letter word per day, generated from the UTC date and identical for every player worldwide. Daily wins grow your streak, and one missed day per month is automatically patched so a busy day doesn't break your run.
